Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Own and drive outbound sales efforts targeting mid-market BPO clients through research-driven, multi-channel prospecting
Manage the full sales cycle for deals ranging from $500K to $5M, from initial outreach through contract closure
Deliver annual new-business revenue of $3–5M through new logo acquisition and account expansion
Develop and execute GTM strategies aligned with company growth objectives and target industries
Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key decision-makers across finance, healthcare, and insurance sectors
Prepare, manage, and submit RFPs, proposals, pricing models, and contract negotiations
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and opportunity tracking within the CRM, following standardized sales processes
Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to align messaging, offerings, and customer feedback
Monitor competitive landscape and emerging BPO trends to inform sales strategy and positioning
Represent Rely Services at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings as required
Mentor junior sales resources as the team scales, contributing to hiring and coaching efforts over time

Required

8–10 years of progressive experience in BPO, outsourcing, or services-based sales with a strong outbound focus
Proven track record of closing complex deals of $500K+ and consistently achieving $3–5M annual revenue targets
Hands-on experience selling BPO / call center / outsourcing services to mid-market clients
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Strong understanding of GTM strategy, pipeline management, and enterprise sales cycles
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Analytical, metrics-driven mindset with strong decision-making capabilities
Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
