Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery for cross-functional healthcare or medical device initiatives—define scope, schedule, budget, and success metrics
Coordinate and drive project plans using Agile and/or Waterfall approaches; own risk management, change control, and resource allocation
Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and clinical teams; facilitate meetings, status reporting, and executive updates
Manage project financials—track budgets, forecast spend, and ensure delivery within approved limits
Ensure regulatory and quality compliance (e.g., documentation, traceability, reporting) across project lifecycles
Improve delivery processes—implement best practices, maintain project artifacts, and mentor junior project staff
