New Grad, Entry LevelIntellectt Inc is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Associate to support cGMP warehouse operations. This role involves managing material receipts, inventory control, and shipments while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities
Receive APIs and supplies per SOPs and client requirements
Generate receipt, shipment, and inventory records using Oracle
Perform product sampling per written procedures and operate TruScan RM
Coordinate daily shipment priorities with QA, Tech Services, and Logistics
Prepare and ship hazardous materials (IATA/DOT certified – training provided)
Use FedEx and DGIS shipping systems and schedule couriers
Communicate with customs brokers and logistics partners for timely deliveries
Manage temperature-sensitive materials and monitoring devices
Maintain accurate inventory, movement documentation, and cycle counts
Support audits, client visits, and cGMP warehouse compliance initiatives
Ensure proper gowning, PPE usage, housekeeping, and location accuracy
Safely load/unload materials using pallet jack, forklift, or manual handling
Maintain forklift inspections, cleaning logs, and daily warehouse logs
Support internal material transfers and production-related material requests
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Prior warehouse or logistics experience required
Flexibility to work occasional off-shift hours
Strong organization and attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication
Ability to multitask and work independently
Basic math and computer proficiency
Preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Experience with Oracle and Microsoft Office preferred
Knowledge of cGMP, safety, and hazardous material handling a plus
