They are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to take a front-line role on complex commercial litigation matters, gaining meaningful courtroom experience and working closely with experienced trial partners.

Responsibilities

Represent sophisticated business and individual clients in complex commercial litigation matters

Handle cases involving breach of contract, tortious interference, breach of fiduciary duty, and other business torts

Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial briefs with strategic insight and meticulous attention to detail

Take and defend depositions of parties, fact witnesses, and experts

Argue motions and appear in court for hearings, conferences, and mediations

Assist partners with overall case strategy, factual development, and trial preparation

Communicate regularly with clients and colleagues, managing day-to-day case responsibilities and deadlines

Collaborate with other practice groups as needed, with opportunities to touch related areas such as intellectual property litigation
