Responsibilities
Develop and maintain sales activity reports and dashboards
Support sales productivity KPIs and annual planning
Manage Salesforce configurations and data integrity
Act as the primary liaison for sales team and contract negotiations
Oversee and improve lead management processes across teams
Align marketing operations with sales goals and provide funnel analytics
Assist in identifying operational challenges and enhancing sales processes
Qualification
Required
8-10 years of experience in enhancing sales processes and metrics
Deep knowledge of deal desk operations, including contract reviews and quoting
3+ years experience with Salesforce configuration and administration
High proficiency in Excel and handling large data sets
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in a high growth software startup environment
BA/BS degree required
