The Accounting Manager will gain exposure to all aspects of real estate accounting and work directly with the controller and CFO, overseeing accounting staff and maintaining financial accuracy.

Responsibilities
Oversee some Accounting Staff
Maintain accuracy of property rent rolls, financial statements/reports, budgets, and cash projections
Oversee bank reconciliations, financial analysis, and budgeting
Assist with HR duties
Ad hoc accounting and financial projects
Qualification
Required
BS/BA with 5-10 years of related experience
Should be confident preparing and presenting financials
Able to work independently and communicate effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Windows software programs
Ability to work independently, have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail and be intellectually curious
Experience with Real Estate clients
Preferred
Yardi experience is a plus
