Responsibilities
Design and execute a statewide calendar of Angel 101 workshops, sector-specific deep dives, investor peer groups, and the annual Missouri Angel Summit
Facilitate engaging, high-quality events that educate and activate new and existing angel investors
Manage hybrid programming to ensure equitable access for rural communities
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Missouri entrepreneurship stakeholders (angel capital groups, VC funds, entrepreneur support organizations)
Coordinate programming participation with regional partners in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Kansas and integrate Endeavor’s national and global network into Missouri content
Lead outreach to accredited investors across Missouri using targeted campaigns, partner referrals, and relationship-driven engagement
Support investor peer groups by facilitating discussions, sharing diligence tools, and fostering collaboration
Track program KPIs and outcomes, including number of investors educated/activated, event attendance, and capital mobilized
Prepare reports and provide updates to stakeholders and grant funders
Ensure the program meets grant-related requirements and reporting obligations
Manage logistics, budgeting, communications, and vendor relationships for all programming
Work cross-functionally with Endeavor Heartland and 412 Angels teams to leverage shared knowledge, tools, and best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, venture capital, economic development, or ecosystem-building roles
Strong communication and facilitation skills; able to inspire confidence in new investors
Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with senior leaders, investors, founders, and community partners
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working across multiple cities and stakeholder groups
Passion for growing regional entrepreneurial ecosystems and increasing access to capital
Preferred
Experience designing and delivering education programs, workshops, or convenings is a plus
