Responsibilities
Assist a full-time real estate broker with daily administrative and operational tasks
Data entry and management of listings, contracts, and transaction files
Bookkeeping support, expense tracking, and basic financial organization
Assist with buyer and seller clients throughout the real estate process
Coordinate showings, inspections, and transaction timelines
Support social media marketing, content scheduling, and online presence
Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and vendors
Help ensure compliance with brokerage and state requirements
Qualification
Required
Active and valid real estate license
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort with technology, real estate software, and social media platforms
Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Previous experience as a real estate assistant or in real estate operations is a plus
