Responsibilities

Work with cross-functional departments on the shop floor to gather data which can result in metal recovery
Analyze data and design a plan/metric to optimize metal recovery, moving forward
Gather and analyze data that can lead to consistent chemistry control of molten aluminum batches
Use various engineering and data management software as needed to yield best results

Required

Enrolled in an accredited 4-year University
Must be a Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or recent Graduate
Interested in gaining hands-on industry experience prior to graduation
Effective interpersonal and communication skills which are essential for interacting with all levels of the organization
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer

Preferred

Prefer students majoring in Metallurgical, Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, or Applied Engineering
Students in other related fields may be considered
Solid business insight
High interest in becoming an engineer in a manufacturing environment
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
