Responsibilities
Act as Administrative Agent / Facility Agent on syndicated transactions
Manage closings and Conditions Precedent (CP) monitoring
Coordinate funding, drawdowns, payments, and distributions
Track and monitor borrower deliverables, covenants, collateral, and guarantees
Lead and participate in bank group calls and meetings
Serve as primary point of contact for borrowers, lenders, counsel, engineers, and internal teams
Manage waivers, amendments, and consent processes with lender groups
Maintain accurate transaction data in internal systems
Support assignments, internal projects, and portfolio reporting
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Loan Agency / Transaction Management / Deal Administration
Direct experience acting as Agent Bank / Administrative Agent
Exposure to Project Finance and/or Structured Finance transactions
Hands-on involvement with Conditions Precedent (CPs)
Covenant monitoring
Waivers & amendments
Multi-lender syndicates
Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Spanish fluency is a plus
