Responsibilities

Implement and manage the Apptio TBM platform to drive cost transparency, financial analysis, and optimization of IT resources within AWS cloud
Configure and maintain Apptio models, dashboards, and reporting tools to meet organizational needs within the on-premise environment until the application has been successfully migrated to the cloud
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve problems promptly to minimize downtime and ensure high availability of Apptio applications
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver actionable insights
Perform data integration, cleansing, and validation to ensure accurate reporting
Train and support team members and end-users on the effective use of the Apptio platform
Conduct regular reviews of financial and operational data, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve deployment, configuration, and administration processes

Required

Bachelor's Degree
Apptio Certification (e.g., TBM Executive, Apptio Analyst, or related certification)
Proven experience working with Apptio TBM Suite, including implementation into cloud environments, configuration, and reporting
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with IT financial management, budgeting, and cost allocation principles
Experience with cloud-based infrastructure platforms, specifically AWS
