Qualification
Required
BS degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation/InRoads
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple responsibilities
Preferred
Knowledge of DOT or municipal standards
South Dakota PE license
