Responsibilities

Assist customers with product selection and troubleshooting hardware/software issues

Support internal teams with technical guidance

Collaborate with customers to design or modify displays and circuits

Lead design and testing of electronic solutions, including PCB layout and embedded software

Conduct pre-production reviews, testing, and validation

Help with product lifecycle management and production support

Develop and maintain technical documentation and demonstration kits

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Minimum 4 years in a technical role, preferably in applications engineering

Strong programming skills (C, C++, or similar)

Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and peripherals

Ability to troubleshoot at the component level

Knowledge of electronics theory, schematic capture, and PCB layout

Hands-on prototype assembly experience

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred

Ability to read and interpret schematics

Hands-on prototyping and PCB debugging experience

Familiarity with CAD models

Experience with OLED, LCD, LED, or VFD technologies
