General Manager
ClosedWon Talent is a sales & go-to-market recruiting agency that specializes in working with fast-growing startups. They are seeking a General Manager for Captura.io, a workflow and e-commerce software provider, to lead the Wedding & Portrait business line and develop strategic planning and go-to-market strategies to drive sales and profitability.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a roadmap for revenue growth in the Wedding & Portrait space targeting $6m in growth in 24 months
Owner of P&L for Wedding & Portrait space, responsible for managing weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting
Partner with marketing to build a localization strategy by market, identifying and tracking cost/benefit impact
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to enhance conversion rates and average order value
Translate brand and campaign storytelling into the digital space in collaboration with the Marketing team to customize the customer experience
Analyze GMV history to deliver value in our product (e.g., suggest what to sell and how much)
Drive continuous improvement of the path to purchase journey to increase conversion rates
Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement in functionality, navigation and overall user experience
Attend trade shows and other consumer events acting as our Ambassador in the market space
Manages the Ambassador program coaching and aiding the team in building their knowledge of our products in order to grow revenue opportunities as well
Collect and analyze consumer insights to help develop best-in-class online features and overall user experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics or related field
7+ years proven experience in an eCommerce management role with increasing responsibility
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate insights
Entrepreneurial, passionate about consumer experience and savvy about managing business goals
Deep understanding of ecommerce platforms
Able to prepare and deliver presentations that convey insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and present analyses to key stakeholders at different organizational levels from individual collaborators to executive leadership
Preferred
Master's degree is a plus
