Atlantic Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager & Estimator to join their growing construction team. This role involves managing construction projects from preconstruction through completion and producing accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
Lead project meetings and ensure clear and consistent communication
Oversee contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
Identify risks early and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and on budget
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project scope
Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects
Perform quantity takeoffs and comprehensive scope reviews
Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier bids
Support value engineering and cost optimization efforts
Assist with bid reviews and project handoff from estimating to operations

Qualification

Construction Project ManagementEstimatingBachelor’s DegreeCommercial Projects ExperienceCommunication Skills

Required

5+ years of experience in construction project management and estimating
Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field
Relevant experience with commercial, industrial, or higher education projects
