Operations Administrator/Customer Service
Metropolitan Properties is seeking an Operations Administrator/Customer Service to handle all customer service functions and support new client onboarding. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, managing billing inquiries, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support and client services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Manages the billing email address and responds to all inquiries
Answers inbound phone calls from clients and assists them with billing and account related questions
Transfers all onboarding invoices and vendors from previous management to Metropolitan Properties
Annual budget action item tasks as assigned
Manages the key inventory and distributes keys
Supports the Assistant Director with front desk tasks
Completed tasks as assigned by the Assistant Director, Director, and Vice President of Operations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years in office administrative role, preferably Property Management
Excellent customer service skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Knowledge of employee relationship building
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Self-motivated
Knowledge of Google Email System
Knowledge of Web based calendar system (Google calendar preferred)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Competent using a printer, scanner, and postage machine
Knowledge of GoTo Phone System
Knowledge of Dropbox / Shared File System
Preferred
Accounting software systems knowledge preferred
