This role involves leading technical due diligence, designing integration blueprints, and ensuring that new organizations are successfully integrated into a unified technology platform.

Responsibilities

Lead technical due diligence for acquisitions, assessing risk, complexity, and integration readiness

Design integration blueprints and migration strategies for newly acquired firms

Partner with business, product, and operations leaders to sequence and execute integration plans

Review vendor ecosystems, contracts, licensing models, and infrastructure to optimize cost and reduce redundancy

Own the evolution of the investor digital platform roadmap and ensure alignment to business priorities

Select, integrate, and govern third-party platforms and tools across the enterprise ecosystem

Ensure all integrations meet scalability, performance, and security standards

Build and manage strategic vendor relationships, including renewals, negotiations, and performance reviews

Create structured onboarding experiences for new advisors and investors joining the platform

Use data, analytics, and user feedback to continuously improve product adoption and experience

Define success metrics for platform adoption, engagement, and satisfaction
