3+ years expLHH is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for one of their clients in the nonprofit space. The role involves providing administrative and operational support to the CMO and ensuring the marketing team is aligned with the organization's priorities.

Responsibilities
Coordinate production of branded promotional merchandise, including vendor communication and inventory management
Manage the organization’s online store, including product updates, order monitoring, and customer service
Maintain digital asset libraries and ensure marketing materials are organized and accessible
Fulfill requests for marketing materials for events, including packing, shipping, and inventory control
Support marketing campaigns across print, video, website updates, advertising, and online fundraising
Review and approve donor-created peer‑to‑peer fundraising pages for accuracy and brand alignment
Provide administrative support to the CMO, including calendar management, scheduling, and travel arrangements
Process marketing invoices and maintain accurate records in Raiser’s Edge
Assist with special projects as needed throughout the year
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of administrative or marketing support experience
Strong Word and Excel experience
Experience with mail mergers is a must
Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva; familiarity with Meltwater, Luminate Online, and Asana is a plus
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional and comfortable communicating with donors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or a related field
