Perform in-depth financial modeling, market research, and competitive analysis to assess potential investments
Lead due diligence efforts, including operational and strategic reviews, to support informed decision-making
Contribute to deal structuring and negotiations, collaborating with legal and financial advisors
Develop investment theses and prepare materials for investment committee presentations
Partner with senior professionals and management teams to implement growth strategies and operational improvements
Monitor financial performance and support initiatives that enhance long-term value creation
Qualification
Required
4-6+ years in investment banking or management consulting, plus prior private equity exposure
Advanced financial modeling, analytical capabilities, and problem-solving expertise
Familiarity with sectors such as Industrial Technology, Medical Devices & Life Sciences, or Consumer & Food Manufacturing
Strong academic record; MBA from a top-tier program preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
Demonstrated passion for investing and business transformation; ties to the Philadelphia area are a plus
