Information Technology Operations Specialist
Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking an Information Technology Operations Specialist to provide essential administrative and operational support for their reservation systems program. The role involves onboarding and offboarding workflows, application access coordination, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations for the Reservation Technology Team.

Responsibilities
Create Standard program onboarding content and provide direction to new and existing team members on administrative issues
Serve as point of contact to support all admin SNOW/PeopleSoft/Workday requests around offboarding/onboarding, vendor access, system access and application access
Ensure new team members have all appropriate access and departing team members are disabled on all systems
Conduct User Access reviews twice a year to ensure all app access is appropriate
Create program documentation standards and audit team adherence to standards
Hold training sessions to teach program resources
Coordinate team's townhalls, team building events and communications
Serve as POC with Vendor relationships
Coordinate and track budget/expense reporting with Finance Team
Oversee project planning, execution and reporting within the Clarity PPM platform to ensure alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery
Analyze existing processes and data to identify improvement opportunities
Identify and establish process metrics to help monitor, measure and provide feedback on process performance
Serve as level 1 support for team member questions/issues on applications using ServiceNow
Foster continuous improvement culture and passion for simplifying, standardizing and automating business processes
Perform other job-related functions as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Admin or related field of study or any equivalent combination of experience and skill
1-3 years supporting IT Operations, access management, service desk workflow, or technology program coordination in a fast-paced environment
Experience with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Confluence and Jira
Exposure to Agile, PMO processes (Smartsheet preferred) and vendor coordination
Strong abilities to learn and navigate enterprise systems, access management process and IT workflow tools
Knowledge of basic IT concepts including user permissions, application access and security compliance
Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to support team members and external partners professionally
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Ability to maintain and handle confidential information
