Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Manage users, profiles, roles, permissions, and security
Build and optimize Flows, validation rules, and automation
Support lead management, speed-to-lead, call tracking, and reporting
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales and Leadership
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across leads, contacts, accounts, and projects
Partner with Sales, Contact Center, Marketing, and Field Operations teams
Provide Salesforce training, documentation, and ongoing user support
Participate in Salesforce releases, testing, and continuous improvement

Required

4+ years Salesforce Administrator experience
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)

Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced office environment
