Responsibilities
Support federal bank business line leadership in project planning, risk management, prioritization, and communication
Engage with stakeholders across the Federal Reserve System, U.S. Department of the Treasury, and financial institutions to support project objectives
Assist in developing outreach, communication, and education initiatives regarding treasury payment solutions
Conduct feasibility studies, business cases, and cost-benefit analyses to guide federal agency decision-making
Perform research and analysis for targeted agencies, financial institutions, and treasury systems to evaluate alternative payment collection solutions
Coordinate outreach activities, including meetings, webinars, conferences, and training events
Develop and recommend enhancements for outreach content and public communication channels
Review project quality and document lessons learned for process improvements
Learn agency-specific treasury systems and business requirements related to collections and payments
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in communications, project management, change management, business, or a related field is required
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in data analytics, solutions management, or related fields
At least 2+ years of professional experience in payments, e-commerce, card services, or banking industries
Proven ability to analyze data, develop conclusions, and formulate recommendations aligned with organizational goals
Strong skills in project management, prioritization, and independent decision-making, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
Demonstrated interpersonal, relationship management, and customer service capabilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Preferred
Knowledge of governmental or non-profit organizations, including USDA Treasury and federal agencies, is advantageous
Experience working on digital transformation or modernization initiatives within government or financial sectors
Familiarity with treasury systems, federal agency operations, or inter-agency collaboration
Ability to synthesize technical and operational data into clear, actionable insights
