Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

Receiving orders from customers
Entry of orders
Performing various administrative duties to assure proper placement of customer orders
Validating all information on the order including complicated pricing schemes
Acting as the customer advocate in coordinating stock availability with customer need
Ensure attention to the details
Communication with customers, reps, logistics personnel, and other stakeholders
Manage the complete administrative aspect of customer accounts

Required

Prior customer service experience
Must possess excellent data integration skills using the entire Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able handle spikes in job demands
