Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of the annual compensation process, including merit adjustments and incentive payouts, leveraging enterprise HR and analytics platforms
Evaluate pay data to support fairness and external competitiveness, managing participation in compensation surveys and conducting market comparisons
Develop and deliver analytical reports on compensation effectiveness, pay distribution, and retention trends to support strategic decision-making by HR leadership
Oversee ongoing administration of employee benefit programs, including open enrollment activities, life event updates, and coordination between payroll and benefit providers
Ensure adherence to applicable benefits regulations and support compliance activities, audits, and required reporting related to retirement and health plans
Manage the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate processing of earnings, deductions, and tax obligations through enterprise payroll systems
Act as a trusted resource for payroll questions, resolving issues with professionalism and attention to employee experience
Maintain high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality across HR and payroll systems through regular audits and controls

Required

Undergraduate degree in a business-related discipline such as human resources, finance, or management
Professional credentials in payroll or total rewards are highly valued
Approximately 7–10+ years of progressive experience supporting compensation, benefits, or people operations, ideally within a highly regulated or corporate services environment
Demonstrated hands-on experience administering HR and payroll systems used for workforce management and pay processing
Strong analytical capability with advanced spreadsheet skills to support reporting, modeling, and data-driven decision-making

Preferred

Exposure to compensation planning platforms and workforce financial planning tools
