Responsibilities

Be responsible for and establish the quality and reliability of components throughout the product/IC lifecycle and qualification of components used in various Google platforms
Drive and track component failures internally and drive root cause and corrective action (RCCA) with suppliers. Manage return material authorizations (RMA) end to end and support spares reduction in Google platforms
Work cross-functionally to define and ensure processes are in place to provide the data required to manage quality and reliability. Interface with suppliers on a regular basis to resolve issues and drive return material authorizations (RMA), corrective action requests, and failure analysis
Lead management of PCNs and drive appropriate evaluation and qualification with engineering teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in manufacturing
8 years of experience as a semiconductor manufacturing, product, or test engineer
8 years of experience in supplier quality

Preferred

Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field
12 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or product engineering for hardware technology and systems
10 years of experience in quality/reliability and semiconductor IC technology
Experience in technical leadership, project management, and executive communication
Experience in data analysis in quality reliability
