Responsibilities

Assist in improving and streamlining our processes to gain efficiencies
Understanding, executing, and maintaining the life cycle of transactions including coupons, corporate actions, cash settlements, dividends, credit events and expirations
Input and verify trade bookings, settlement representations, and trade confirmations
Participate and assist in regulatory reviews
Allocate client trades as well as update risk positions for various desks
Perform daily position and trade reconciliations between front office risk management systems and settlement systems
Supporting product-specific Sales & Trading desks
Working with Front Office Sales/Trading teams to on-board accounts in a client focused manner

Required

Candidate pursuing a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Broad understanding of financial markets
Demonstrate professionalism and exceptional client management skills
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage a variety of projects simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Project management skills a plus
Team player who excels at working both independently and as part of a team
