Responsibilities

Solve wiring harness problems on the HMGMA assembly line

Respond immediately to customer inline quality issues

Conduct issue checks and complete formal reports

Gather photos, data, evidence, and documentation for all quality problems

Share findings with internal teams to support corrective actions

Use rework tools as needed to resolve customer issues

Follow customer process flow and quality protocols

Support continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with the Quality Control Supervisor and customer representatives
