Qualification
Required
2+ year college, associate degree
Access to ETQ Doc and CAPA – computer skills
Tech skills – including tech writing
General computer skills with word and excel
Tech savvy – trouble shooting (well informed about or proficient in the use of modern technology, especially computers)
Outlook and other computer things are natural for them
Ability to communicate
Does not need supervisor oversight constantly
Will ask questions, but not need to handhold to get it done
Not just do things wrong
Person able to check in and communicate
Need personal skills to communicate with many different functions
Strong on interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred
4 year degree highly preferred
Science side preferred because of the data knowledge asked for
Any with Power BI is a highly preferred
Data skills – analysis skills preferred
