They are seeking a Water Group Leader to oversee and expand water, wastewater, and water resources services, driving strategy and business development across the Mountain-West and Southern States.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior client-facing leader for municipal and industrial water clients
Lead and execute regional business development strategy across multiple states
Defend and grow market share with county and municipal agencies
Develop strategic client and market growth plans alongside Client Service Managers
Identify new service lines, pursuits, and teaming opportunities
Lead go/no-go decisions and pursuit strategies for major opportunities
Build, mentor, and grow high-performing water teams
Oversee sales pipeline management and CRM reporting
Support proposals, interviews, negotiations, and fee development
Act as a technical and strategic advisor to clients on key projects

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Business Management
20+ years of relevant water-sector experience
Established relationships with municipal clients in the region
Demonstrated success leading water market growth and pursuits
Strong leadership presence with mentoring and team-building experience
Active involvement or leadership in professional organizations (AWWA, WEF, etc.)
Deep understanding of regional water markets and delivery models
Experience leading proposals, interviews, and complex pursuits
