2+ years expI3 INFOTEK INC is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OEWS) survey program under the supervision of the Labor Market Information Director. The role involves supervising staff, overseeing data quality, and coordinating with regional and national offices to ensure program performance and accuracy.

Responsibilities
Supervise, coach, and mentor OEWS staff
Monitor program performance metrics and response rates
Assign and manage survey workloads
Support staff with data collection, entry, validation, and review
Coordinate with BLS regional offices regarding OEWS work statements
Apply Arizona Management System principles to improve team performance
Lead the address refinement process for OEWS survey samples
Ensure accuracy of employer contact details, industry classification, and unit solvency
Delegate refinement tasks as needed
Review completed surveys for accuracy and completeness
Analyze reported occupations against standard industry patterns
Identify and resolve data inconsistencies
Conduct follow-ups with employers to clarify or obtain missing information
Participate in follow-up outreach via phone, email, fax, or occasional on-site visits
Ensure response rate targets are met: 75% by units or 65% by employment
Lead post-panel quality assurance reviews
Review compare files and regional/national office edits
Validate preliminary and final OEWS estimates
Communicate required corrections or suppressions to BLS
Collaborate with the Economic Analysis team on estimate-related inquiries
Manage reporting schedules, QA edits, data imports, and final submissions
Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members as needed
Attend required trainings; occasional out-of-state travel may be required
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Supervisor or Manager role
Hands-on experience with data collection programs
Ability to manage teams, deadlines, and performance metrics
Preferred
2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel
Experience with statistical review and data validation
Database Analyst experience
Preference for experience in data collection or data analysis programs
Background check and drug screening via HireRight
Must be available for in-person interviews within 1 week of posting close
Must be able to start within 2 weeks of offer
