Responsibilities
Lead and own QA automation strategy & frameworks
Design and execute Selenium automation (Java, TestNG, POM)
Manage regression, functional & manual testing
Collaborate with Dev, Product & Business teams (Shift-Left Testing)
Work with SQL, JIRA, CI/CD tools (Azure/TFS a plus)
Mentor QA team and enforce best practices
Qualification
Required
10+ years of QA / Automation experience
Strong hands-on Selenium + Java skills
Agile/Scrum experience
Excellent communication & leadership abilities
Preferred
API or Mobile testing experience is a plus
