Responsibilities
Travel within assigned sales territory to meet customers and prospects
Conduct daily outbound calls and face-to-face customer meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat customers
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
Perform product demonstrations and presentations
Educate customers on products, services, and industry applications
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, leads, and accounts
Stay current on new products, market trends, and industry changes
Collaborate with management on customer needs and issue resolution
Monitor competitor activity and customer feedback
Attend local trade shows, customer events, and industry meetings
Manage travel and lodging expenses responsibly
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or higher in business, marketing, communications, technical field, or equivalent
5+ years of outside sales experience selling capital equipment or large product portfolios
10+ years of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships
Ability to work independently while remaining team-focused
Willing to travel 45%–65% annually
Must reside within assigned territory
Ability to meet or exceed established sales goals
Monthly reporting on sales activity, leads, and travel
