Responsibilities

Lead monitoring and compliance activities, overseeing audit plans
Design and analyze complex datasets for monitoring purposes
Develop monitoring measures and audit protocols based on policy interpretation
Prepare technical reports and documentation of findings
Create dashboards and visualizations to showcase results
Communicate methods and findings to diverse audiences effectively
Manage project budgets and timelines in conjunction with project managers
Ensure the quality of deliverables through robust QA/QC processes
Mentor research staff on project work and career development
Collaborate with teams to contribute to proposal efforts

Required

Ph.D. in relevant field with 4+ years of experience, or Master's with 6+ years
Experience with statistical inference methods
Proven track record in proposal development for federal agencies
Expertise in monitoring and auditing federal programs
Familiarity with large program datasets
Ability to assess analytic code in R, Python, SQL, or Stata
