Warehouse Manager - Williamston, SC
Triangle Liquidators is a high-volume online auction company specializing in returned, overstock, and liquidated merchandise from major retailers and distributors. The Warehouse Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of inventory movement within the Williamston facility, ensuring efficient operations from inbound truck unloading to outbound customer pickups.

Responsibilities
Oversee all daily warehouse activity across inbound, storage, picking, and outbound customer pickup
Assign and prioritize daily tasks for warehouse associates to ensure efficient flow of inventory
Create, document, and enforce procedures for unloading, put-away, staging, retrieval, and load-out
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times
Step in as needed to assist with unloading trucks, operating forklifts, staging inventory, or loading customer orders
Oversee receipt of inbound truckloads, including verifying Bills of Lading (BOLs) and coordinating with the Front Office team on documentation
Ensure proper staging, labeling, and storage of pallets and scanned items
Coordinate put-away into designated warehouse locations to maintain retrievability and accuracy
Work closely with the Auction Manager to ensure inventory is available, staged, and ready for scanning and auction flow
Manage picking, staging, and customer pickup workflows to ensure fast and accurate handoff of auction winnings
Supervise customer-facing warehouse staff during pickup windows
Lead by example in providing professional, friendly, and efficient customer service
Assist with large customer pickups, including full pallet and bulk orders
Resolve customer issues, discrepancies, and pickup-related escalations in coordination with management
Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse associates
Set clear expectations for safety, productivity, accuracy, and customer service
Monitor performance and provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action when needed
Work with the General Manager on staffing levels, scheduling, and coverage needs
Enforce all warehouse safety protocols and cleanliness standards
Perform regular safety checks on forklifts, propane, pallet jacks, and tools
Ensure team members are properly trained on equipment and warehouse procedures
Maintain accountability for safe material handling and customer interactions
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control
2+ years supervisory or lead experience
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume operation
