Responsibilities
Set-up and operation of Jet Edge waterjet machine
Set-up and operation of Mazak milling machine
Understanding capabilities of machine to maximize output
Ability to check dimensions of finished parts using standard measuring devices
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Routine and preventive maintenance including equipment checks
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of related experience
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations
Preferred
Aerospace and/or manufacturing experience
Must have demonstrated mechanical ability
Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication (oral and written) skills
Ability to keep accurate records
Ability to follow documented procedures, work instructions and customer requirements
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Knowledge of Jet Edge Waterjet machine a plus
Mechanical background
Waterjet and CNC Machining knowledge a plus
