Advise public entities on property transactions, development projects, land use, leasing, acquisitions, and related real estate issues

Ensure familiarity with land use, zoning, and CEQA/NEPA compliance
Draft and negotiate legal documents and agreements

Qualification
Required
Experience advising public entities on property transactions, development projects, land use, leasing, acquisitions, and related real estate issues
Background in transactions such as acquisitions, sales, leases, and development agreements
Familiarity with land use, zoning, and CEQA/NEPA compliance
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work closely with public officials and staff
Five to eight years of real estate, municipal, or land use law experience
Must be located in California
Must be licensed to practice in California
