Sales Development Representative
Axis RPO is partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS company that provides a mobile-first platform for deskless teams. They are seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead a remote SDR team, focusing on inbound lead qualification and optimizing sales processes.
Responsibilities
Manage and coach a remote team of contract SDRs
Drive speed, quality, and consistency across inbound leads
Own SDR KPIs and inbound funnel performance
Build and refine SDR playbooks, talk tracks, and workflows
Partner with Marketing, Sales Ops, and AEs to improve lead quality and pipeline
Monitor and report on funnel metrics and conversion rates
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of SDR leadership or management experience (SaaS preferred)
Experience managing remote/offshore SDR teams
Success in a high-volume inbound sales environment
Strong analytical and coaching skills
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Aircall, or similar tools
Based in Austin, TX with ability to work hybrid
