Account Manager – Staffing and Recruiting Solutions

Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new client relationships within target industries including commercial, non-profit, and higher education sectors
Develop and execute plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively
Partner with recruiters to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities
Prospect and generate new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and industry events
Pitch staffing solutions tailored to client needs: contract, direct hire, executive search, and advisory services
Manage job orders and act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the hiring process
Track openings, submissions, interviews, and placements using CRM/ATS systems
Provide accurate weekly sales reports, KPIs, and forecast updates
Qualification
Required
2–4 years in staffing or recruiting sales (must have experience selling staffing services)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven negotiation and closing abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Hunter mentality, results-driven, and highly motivated by targets and commissions
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Experience with IT staffing or technical roles
Familiarity with ATS or CRM systems (Greenhouse, Salesforce, etc.)
