Normally receives detailed directions on all work
Makes suggestions to improve work processes. Assists in reducing patentable inventions to practice
Works on projects of moderate scope in which analysis of the situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
Participates in technical team activities
Presents and discusses data within the group
Monitors work to ensure quality, and continuously promotes Quality First Time
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Entry-level engineering position
Preferred
preference for Electrical Engineering degree
2 years of related experience preferred
