Account Manager, Sponsorship
Enterprise Events Group is seeking an Account Manager to assist in identifying client event needs and executing account strategies. The role involves maintaining client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring successful event management across multiple programs.
Responsibilities
Align with S&T strategic objectives, resulting in sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and a competitive edge
Co-lead the client relationship, act as primary liaison for client on program details, responsible for overseeing all communication with client, sponsor/exhibitors and all third party vendors
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate S&T services
Planning, developing and executing sponsorship program
Serving as sponsor manager for specific program
Developing sponsorship packages on behalf of client, if required
Responsible for fulfillment of all sponsorship needs - if required
Oversight of invoicing and payment of all sponsorships
Overseeing sponsor program on-site (travel required)
Final billing review with client, if required
May require 50% of travel
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Expert knowledge of sponsorship industry
Minimum 5+ years of Corporate event management or related sponsor/tradeshow management
Expert level understanding of event management scope and ability to lead the planning process
Minimum of 3-4 years of direct client management
Exceptional negotiation and budget management skills
Computer skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and similar applications
Preferred
Minimum 5 years of customer service experience
Knowledge of sponsor management and fulfillment or strong customer service background
