Design, develop, and deploy ML models and components to address business challenges
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build software enabling advanced ML and big data applications
Optimize ML infrastructure and pipelines for performance and scalability
Retrain, monitor, and maintain models in production environments
Implement CI/CD practices for ML deployments, ensuring robust testing and monitoring
Work with cloud-based architectures and platforms to deliver ML solutions at scale
Ensure compliance with Responsible and Explainable AI principles
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
4+ years programming experience in Python, Scala, or Java
3+ years building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
2+ years hands-on experience with ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Spark)
1+ year experience productionizing and maintaining ML models
Preferred
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong background in data pipeline design and optimization
Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a relevant field
Contributions to open-source ML projects or published research
Expertise in distributed systems and multi-node databases
