Responsibilities

Assist in preparing accurate project estimates and schedules to ensure smooth project execution
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient completion without compromising quality
Guide, mentor, and train our survey staff, empowering them to excel in their assignments and fostering a collaborative environment
Gather and analyze existing data to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
Plan and oversee field surveying activities for assigned projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to standards
Review deeds, title reports, and other relevant materials to produce precise survey maps and reports
Write and review descriptions and sketches that accurately represent project details

Survey experienceGeomatics degreeFlorida SIT licenseTrimble Business CenterArcGISPix4DCarlsonData analysisTeam leadershipProject management

Required

5+ years of survey experience
Bachelor's degree in Geomatics or related field
Florida Surveyor in Training license or the ability to obtain it within 3 months

Preferred

Experience with Trimble Business Center, ArcGIS, Pix4D, and Carlson
