Responsibilities

Carry out thorough ongoing data analysis and provide clerical support for the Alaska Therapeutic Court programs
Reviewing, collating, and analyzing therapeutic court data to produce monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports for internal use and for stakeholders or funders
Performing quality assurance on data entered into AKAIMS
Tracking statewide therapeutic court retention and disposition trends
Analyzing electronic monitoring data
Reporting on participant exit and satisfaction surveys
Supporting the Administrative Program Manager by assisting with data compilation for quarterly Medicaid reports
Researching and quantifying court data for inclusion in clear, informative reports
Providing clerical and administrative support to Therapeutic Court staff
Preparing meeting agendas
Taking minutes
Participating in cross-training
Covering administrative functions as needed
Performing other assigned duties

Required

Two years of any combination of postsecondary or vocational experience AND two years of professional or administrative experience in performing complex data entry
Four years of professional or administrative experience in performing complex data entry
A professional letter of interest, completed per the instructions
Post-secondary transcripts, if using education to meet minimum qualifications
List of at least three (3) professional references, with current contact information
Last two performance evaluations and/or letters of recommendation

Preferred

Ability to perform work and carry out assigned projects independently
Considerable knowledge of database use and/or spreadsheet software
Working knowledge of methods of analyzing and presenting numeric data
Ability to gather, organize, and evaluate numeric data using computers
Ability to reason logically and accurately and draw valid conclusions
Ability to interpret and apply written rules and procedures
Ability to instruct others in data collection and data entry procedures
Ability to provide clerical assistance/support
