Vice President of Business Development
Everlong is a fast-growing healthcare startup providing virtual nutrition counseling delivered by Registered Dietitians. The VP of Business Development will lead and scale the provider referral strategy, engage with primary care providers to establish partnerships, and develop systems to support business growth.

Responsibilities
Personally source, onboard, and activate new referring provider partners
Build relationships with primary care providers and specialists (including endocrinologists, OB/GYNs, cardiology, GI, and related specialties)
Drive scheduled patient referrals from your book and new partners
Refine messaging, positioning, and partner education
Deliver proof of concept and early volume
Own Everlong’s referral partnership strategy end-to-end
Build systems for onboarding, tracking, and nurturing partners
Scale high-performing partnerships and identify expansion opportunities
Hire, train, and manage a BD team as volume scales
Partner with founders to align growth with operational capacity
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or healthcare sales
Proven success building and scaling referral relationships with medical providers
Brings a real book of business and can leverage it immediately
Highly autonomous, outcome-driven, and confident owning a number
Comfortable doing hands-on work initially and building a team over time
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, insurance-covered services, or provider partnerships strongly preferred
