Responsibilities

Provide support to patients by addressing inquiries related to account balances, insurance, and billing concerns

Resolve routine billing issues and clearly explain charges, payment responsibilities, and financial options

Process payments following organizational procedures and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams

Maintain detailed records of all interactions in CRM or healthcare-specific systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations

Meet departmental performance metrics and contribute to a positive patient experience through professionalism and empathy

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
