Commercial Director USA - Industrial Automation
Confidential is a global leader in advanced inspection and vision solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. They are seeking a Commercial Director – USA to establish and drive growth in one of their most important regions, responsible for leading all commercial activities and managing the full P&L.

Responsibilities
Define and execute the commercial strategy for the U.S. market
Own the regional P&L, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth
Develop and nurture relationships with major pharmaceutical companies and industry stakeholders
Lead business development initiatives to expand market share
Collaborate with global leadership to align regional activities with corporate objectives
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing commercial and support team
Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to guide innovation and product development
Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and governance standards (FDA, GMP, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
8–15 years of experience in senior commercial or business development roles within pharmaceutical machinery, inspection systems, or healthcare automation
Proven track record of selling complex technical solutions to top-tier pharma clients
Strong understanding of FDA and GMP regulatory environments
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build and scale a business from the ground up
Ability to travel extensively (up to 80% of the time)
Preferred
MBA preferred
Experience in machine vision, inspection, or packaging technologies is highly desirable
