Responsibilities
Develop new business through strategic outreach to architects, interior designers, and design firms
Build and maintain long-term relationships that drive repeat specification and project wins
Influence product specification during early design and planning phases
Lead consultative sales conversations, including in-person meetings and onsite visits
Deliver presentations, lunch-and-learns, and design-focused discussions
Collaborate with internal design, sales, and project teams to support project execution
Manage opportunities and pipeline activity through CRM
Represent the organization at industry events and networking functions
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of B2B business development or consultative sales experience
Background working with architects, interior designers, or within commercial interiors, furniture, or building products
Ability to confidently call on A&D firms and influence project direction
Proven success growing a pipeline through relationship-based selling
Strong presentation, communication, and client-facing skills
Understanding of the commercial design and specification process
Comfortable with local travel, onsite meetings, and occasional overnight trips
Valid driver's license and flexible schedule
