Responsibilities

Assist in developing and guiding the long-term strategy of the company by working across departments to build business cases for growth opportunities across the US and global markets

Collaborate cross-functionally to create new product development business plans, including volume, profitability projections, and scenario planning for market expansions or product launches

Prepare ad hoc analyses, as needed, specifically related to pricing, new product innovation, yearly operating plan, Phusion International, other FP&A activities, and executive level presentations

Develop and oversee monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including detailed analysis and commentary on company performance

Track annual plan versus actuals, build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive spending effectiveness, and monitor financial workflows for compliance and efficiency
