Citizens is a financial services company, and they are seeking a Private Wealth Client Service Associate to support clients and wealth managers. The role involves enhancing the effectiveness of wealth managers through administrative and operational skills while ensuring exceptional client service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Proactively address and resolve client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to the wealth manager as necessary

Develop and nurture positive relationships with high-net-worth clients, wealth managers, and wealth management team members

Oversee the execution of daily transactions

Assist with client onboarding processes, including but not limited to the establishment of new accounts

Uphold compliance standards by obtaining and maintaining the requisite account documentation

Monitor pending transactions to ensure their prompt and complete resolution

Qualification

Required

FINRA Series 7 & 66 or 63/65 licenses (SIE required at a minimum)

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job-related experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail, combined with a strong emphasis on client-focused approaches

Preferred

Background in private wealth management industry is advantageous
