Work with investors, buyers, and project sponsors seeking funding for real estate deals
Review deal submissions and assess fit with lending criteria
Assist in preparing funding packages for underwriting teams
Support clients throughout the funding process
Follow company protocols and meet performance expectations
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and client-management skills
Ability to work independently and professionally
Must be comfortable engaging with investors and project sponsors
